The Season of Gratitude and Giving Back
As the year winds down, I always pause to reflect — on what truly matters, on the moments worth celebrating, and on how gratitude can become action.
I’m deeply thankful for health, family, and the ability to enter a new year with hope. This season is also a reminder that giving back, in whatever way feels meaningful, can be one of the most powerful expressions of gratitude.
These are a few organizations I’m proud to support — each doing important work locally, nationally, and internationally.
Olmsted Linear Park Alliance
A treasured part of Atlanta’s landscape, the Olmsted Linear Park Alliance protects and preserves the city’s historic park system. Their work ensures these green spaces remain places of beauty, connection, and restoration for generations to come.
Press On Fund
Press On is dedicated to funding the most groundbreaking research into pediatric cancer. Every donation goes directly to scientists working to develop less toxic, more effective treatments for the world’s toughest childhood cancers — advancing hope through science.
Children Inspiring Hope
Through arts and education, Children Inspiring Hope connects students across cultures, building empathy, peace, and environmental stewardship. Their U.S.–Ghana classroom exchanges bring the world into learning, fostering relationships and project-based education rooted in shared humanity.
As we close out the holiday season, thank you for being part of the HARVIN community — for celebrating with intention and supporting causes that make a difference. Here’s to a hopeful, generous year ahead.
Gratefully,
